PACKING FOR FALL CAMP

How  to  pack

Picture

For a long weekend at Fall Camp, campers are reminded that New Hampshire mornings and evenings can be quite chilly in October! Layers are helpful! Campers will be active as always at camp, and should be prepared and dressed appropriately for the many activities of the weekend! Laundry is not provided, and campers should come prepared with enough clothing to last the weekend.

Dress  code

At MBC, our priority with clothing is safety and functionality. As an Orthodox Christian camp, modesty guides our choices. Additionally, we wish to cultivate an environment within which clothing trends and brands do not impact peer relationships at camp. Our dress code is as follows:

Tops and bottoms should allow for freedom of movement, and provide appropriate coverage during a variety of athletic activities. Undergarments should not be visible at any time. Bottoms should be approximately fingertip length. Swimwear should be functional and provide full coverage (no bikinis, speedos, or cut-outs). All graphics & designs on clothing should be appropriate for an Orthodox Christian camp setting.

Campers dressed inappropriately for the setting or activity will be asked to change.
