Although we are physically separate, we are still united! We will all certainly miss camp as we know it this year, but we are working diligently to bringing our camp culture alive through the technological means we have available! We are excited to present to you Separate...But United our Virtual Camp experience!
We will operate Virtual Camp on the video conferencing platform, Zoom. It is a secure and safe platform. As usual, Campers will be broke up into “cabins” and be assigned staff members. Staff will present on all programs and discussions with your camper, just like at camp. Our dedicated Camp Staff is working tirelessly to bring to life the MBC essentials in very fun and interactive ways! Programming will include Cabin activities, Orthodox Life sessions, meaningful discussions, evening activities, cabin devotionals, video challenges, and much more! An example of our daily schedule is listed below.
Please note: Due to the difficult circumstances that this terrible pandemic has caused, there is no required cost for participating in Separate…But UnitedVirtual Camp experience. Once you register your campers for Virtual Camp you will be given the opportunity to offer an at-will donation of love toward the MBC camping ministry. This ministry has been there for so many of us, at different times in our lives. This is our chance to be there for MBC and support the ministry we love in any way that we can!
