The Metropolis of Boston Camp is a Greek Orthodox Camp program offered to campers ages 8-18. Our mission is to enhance the lives of our campers by bringing campers and staff into a close personal relationship with Jesus Christ, their Orthodox faith, and Hellenic culture. MBC provides the opportunity for young people of the Greek Orthodox Metropolis of Boston, and abroad, to foster a life-long appreciation and love of their Orthodox faith, friends, and cultural heritage.
To be an MBC staff member means to lead campers one step closer to Christ. To achieve this, the job entails being a role model for the campers in your care and building relationships with them. Through our non-stop program days, starting with chapel, and ending with devotionals, campers along with their staff will be a part of exciting activities, thought provoking sessions, and an experience of the faith, unplugged in the great outdoors. |

Our Athletics Coordinator will plan and facilitate the athletics sessions for the summer. They should be organized, creative and excited to prepare a fun athletic program for our camp. The Athletics Coordinator will work along with the Program Director to prepare sessions before camp begins, and will facilitate as well as run these sessions during the summer. In addition to athletic responsibilities, the Athletics Coordinator will live and work in cabins just like all cabin staff positions, and participate in evening activities & camper care etc. |
