When registration opens for each session of camp, families will be able to log in to their Camp InTouch account to register their camper. Registration typically fills up very quickly, and families are encouraged to register as soon as the window opens. Registration procedures are as follows:
- Log in to Camp InTouch. Families are encouraged to create a profile ahead of registration in order to save time during the registration process.
- Register your camper for the selected session. Multiple campers must be registered one at a time.
- Pay the initial deposit ($200 for summer), or document your request for financial aid
- You will receive confirmation of either registration or wait list placement
- After registering, families MUST update or complete their camper's health form and immunization form in order for them to attend MBC. Information will be saved year to year. Health & immunization forms must be completed by May 15.
- Your balance for summer sessions will be charged to your card on file on May 15. For more details visit our Dates and Rates page.
NEW financial aid process
Our goal is for as many campers to attend MBC as possible, and we hope finances never post a barrier for participation. We are incredibly thankful for our supporters who allow so many campers to attend MBC! If you are able to provide financial support, please visit our Support Us page for more information.
Financial aid is offered on an as-needed basis, and all applications are confidential.

If you're applying for financial aid, please review the following procedures.
- Fill out the financial assistance application using the button below.
- Register for camp at 8pm on March 11th. When prompted, please select 'Requesting Financial Aid'. This will allow families to bypass the payment section.
- The camp office will communicate directly with your parish priest in confidence.
- Families will be notified when the financial aid process is complete. No camper will be turned away due to financial need.
