MEET OUR STAFF

MBC  Staff  2026

Each year, MBC invites an exceptional team of young adults to serve as cabin staff over the summer, and throughout the year. This  group of servant leaders joins us from across our metropolis and New England, as well as from the Pan-Orthodox community throughout the country, to participate in our rigorous staff training process, and dedicate themselves to a summer of faith, fun, and growth in Christ; both for themselves, and the young people they mentor.

We welcome Christ-centered young adults to consider applying to MBC for a life changing opportunity!
